Hai, I am from India and I have severe hair fall on my sides. It almost shows a horse shoe shape. My Dermatologist referred me Hair 4U (Minoxidil 2%) applying 1 ml at night in every alternate day. I am using it since 3 months but still hairs are falling. Little hairs with grey shiny colors are appearing somewhere in bald spot but as said hairs are still falling either during washing hair or Combing. What should i do now? Can I apply hair oil at day time???

Unwanted hair growth
Date: 4/8/2017
Im 21 years female , I was anaemic, easily getting tiredness due to this , I had frontal baldness & very thin hairs on my scalp, doctor suggested me to drink univit protein powder with milk , suggested iron tablets & to use minoxidil topical solution usp 5% inoxi forte . I used it for all 3 for 1 month, got slight improved hair but got dark skin colour & gained some weight, I again consulted doctor.. after 1 bottle scalp solution got emptied, he recommended me to use all 3 again ... just after again using the minoxidil topical 5% solution for 2 days ... I started noticing unwanted facial hair growth on my fore head , chin, cheeks , upper lip, all over the face , ears also throughout the body, from past 2 days I have stopped using it. I'm not bothered about my skin colour which darkened but seriously bothered about unwanted hair growth that to on my face. My question is whether, I will get rid of those unwanted hairs which is losing my confidence or not?

How to use 5%
Date: 5/1/2017
How to use 5% only on effected area or whole head?

AskDocWeb: Minoxidilo usually comes with instructions for its proper use and it is important that you read those instructions carefully.

Using more of it or using it more often than instructed increases the chance of it being absorbed through the skin. For the same reason, do not apply minoxidil to other parts of your body. Absorption into the body may affect the heart and blood vessels and cause unwanted effects.

The instructions say to apply the amount prescribed to the area of the scalp being treated, not the whole head.
