Erectile dysfunction and impotence?
Date: 12/28/2016
I am using minokem-n 5% for last six months. I have a little bit improvement in my hair growth. Now I am having little irritation in my penis. is it any possible to get a side-effect of eractile dysfunction and impotence?

AskDocWeb: According to the Mayo Clinic sexual side effects may develop if too much minoxidil is absorbed through the scalp. Do not use more than the recommended amount and follow the directions.

Hereditary problems?
Date: 1/12/2017
I have heard that it may cause hereditary problems...does it have any relevance in it?

AskDocWeb: To our knowledge there are no hereditary problems caused by the use of minoxidil. You may be confusing this with another product used to treat hair loss (Propecia).
