Eye Exercise Research

To test the effectiveness of the Vision for Life exercise kit we are setting up a research project that will test the affect of the exercises over a 60 day period of time. New volunteers are needed for testing the eye exercise kit - honest volunteers. To avoid giving away free eye exams to those who do not follow directions, we have been forced to change how we reimburse expenses for testing the Vision for Life eye exercise kit. We now have the following terms and conditions.

Terms and Conditions

This agreement begins upon our acknowledgement of your acceptance of these terms and conditions. This means you must first volunteer and then we must accept you as a volunteer in order for these terms to apply. If we do not accept you as a volunteer, you will not receive reimbursement for any expenses associated with the Vision for Life eye exercise kit. If you follow the directions listed here, you will be reimbursed at the end of the study.

You agree to purchase a "Vision for Life" exercise kit and to send proof of purchase by U.S. postal service mail to Askdocweb, Inc. at the following address:

Upon receipt of your Vision for Life eye exercise kit, you agree to be examined by a licensed optometrist. You agree to three such eye exams, each approximately 30 days apart. Each time your eyes are examined you agree to send the written results from the optometrist, a copy of the prescription for eyeglasses and a copy of the bill within seven (7) days to Askdocweb, Inc.

The exercises are to begin on the day following the first eye exam, not on the day your eyes are examined.

Reporting Results

The first report is to be sent by U.S. postal mail along with a copy of the bill from the optometrist. This first report shall address the following points:
  • A description of your vision history
  • Your current condition and eyeglass prescription
  • How long it took to receive your eye exercise kit after ordering
  • Your opinion of the quality and condition of the product you received
Between each eye examination you agree to use the eye exercises found in the "Vision for Life" exercise kit and to do the exercises as directed.

Second Eye Exam: You agree to have a second eye examination 30 days after the first eye examination. You agree to send us a second report describing your condition and experience after 30 days of using the Vision for Life eye exercise kit. This second report should be sent along with the bill for the second eye exam.

Third Eye Exam: You agree to get a third eye examination 30 days after the second eye examination. You agree to send your third report with the bill for the third eye exam, 60 days after beginning the eye exercises.

This third report is your final report of your overall product review of the Vision for Life eye exercise kit. It should contain your opinion of this product, your opinion for or against recommending this kit to others, your opinion of eye exercises in general and your opinion of the company that sells the Vision for Lift eye exercise kit.

Upon completion of your part of this research, we agree to reimburse you by issuing a check equal to the total cost of all three optometrist exams plus the Vision for Life eye exercise kit. We will issue this payment only after receipt of all three bills for the three eye examinations and your final report on this product.

This research is on hold until the summer of 2006.
